Director of Business Development
“Begin with the end in mind” became a mainstream mantra by Stephen Covey, however this is exactly what Adam does for Solecta. As the Director of Business Development, his role is to understand the customer application and their goals, then work to find a solution that meets their application needs and goals.
Adam has extensive experience with membrane systems. His career path has woven through some of the most respected companies in the membrane industry including GE Ionics, Koch Membrane Systems as well as Suez WTS (formerly GE Water & Process Technologies). Within those companies, Adam has served many roles including R&D, Application Engineer, Commercialization, and Sales Director. His technical background includes a dual bachelor’s and Master’s of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University, and he is a license professional engineer in Massachusetts.
