Oceanside, CA, August 28, 2019 – Solecta, a global leader in process membrane technology and solutions, announces the addition of Keith Kinch to its team as Global Marketing Director of Product Management and Customer Innovation. In this role, Keith will focus on the expanding the product management function to incorporate a sharper focus on unmet market and customer needs, optimizing the commercialization process of new products, and leading Solecta’s co-creation initiatives in support of Solecta’s key clients and market segments.
Keith has an extensive background in marketing, innovation, business development and product management across multiple market sectors. “We are very excited to have Keith on board. His wealth of experience and unique combination of both strategic and tactical thinking will help us accelerate our growth in our key market sectors” says Melinda Burn, Vice President Marketing for Solecta.
Prior to joining Solecta, Keith was Director of Marketing at Xylem, Inc. where he helped accelerate growth in several of Xylem’s product categories in the North American municipal water market. Prior to this, he had roles in Nalco Water and Procter & Gamble in a variety of marketing, business development, product management and process management roles.
Keith received his MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management from Penn State University and a BS in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
